Week 9

As we enter Week 9, In what has been a Fun and Entertaining season thus far, we have Freedom sitting alone atop the standings with a 6-2 (28-12) overall record, with thier only losses coming by way of close matches to Epc(3-2 each time).
After that you have 3 teams with a record of 5-3, with Magic Pool being only one overall win better than Sexy Poolerz and Extreme Pool Competitors. If it were to end today, these 4 teams would be your playoffs and quite the match-ups they would be, as all 4 teams seem to be capable of beating on another on any given day.
Then you get down to Straight Shots(4-4), Brit Pool(3-5) and Ultimate Outlaws(3-5) . Out of these 3 teams, l think SS has the best chance of pulling off some upset wins to get into the playoffs, but with the top 4 we have now I think everyone left is just contending with themselves for the rest of the season.
As for Money ln the Bank(1-7) they have had a tough season. While they have competed very well, they were only able to pick up one win against Epc. I am impressed however with Rich & Company, as they have fought it out all season long and with a better play here or there during a match they could easily be within reaching distance of the playoffs as they only have 2 losses that werent close( 4-1 Vs SS, and a 5-0 vs Freedom).

Big Ups to the guys running this Interleague. There hasnt been any real issues in this first season, as the rules are very clear and clean cut. When something has arisen, they have handled it in the best fashion in my opinion and l dont think there has been a week yet where the site wasnt updated right after the matches.
Now, for my predictions.

**Week 9 Predictions**

Freedom Vs Brit Pool
Freedom is coming off another hard loss to Epc and l dont think they like that at all. They currently have 2-3 players that are contending at this point for MVP and thier record reflects that good play. Brit Pool is a team that can't seem to be consistent and that has crushed them this season. They have 2 wins against the lower teams in GIT, and a Fluke win vs Epc..Thats just not gonna cut it to make the playoffs, with the talent they have. This match could be intresting, but l doubt it.
4-1(Freedom)

Extreme Pool Competitors Vs Ultimate Outlaws
UO was able to keep it close last time against Epc, with Ben and Jack losing but l dont think it'll be that close this time. Epc has picked up some new talent lately and looks to prove that they are the top team in GIT, after beating Freedom twice so far. As they add Ant(mvp.champ) and Stephen(l1_stephen_1) to an already potent lineup, they are getting in high gear for the playoffs.
This match could be intresting, but Im gonna lean more towards a dominate performance by Epc and say they win with ease.
4-1(Epc)

Money ln the Bank Vs Sexy Poolerz
This could be a very good match to watch. Sp is coming off a loss to SS, more as a noshow then a real loss and that just wont cut it if they wanna contend for the playoffs. They are a top team, but if they decide to showup with scrubs again this week and not bring a full lineup, Rich and the rest of MIB could take them out, as the first matchup between these two was a close 3-2 win for Sp. I think we should see more of the same as the first matchup and I'm going to give MIB the nod in this one, as they are able to get over the hump and beat a top team.
3-2(MIB)

Magic Pool Vs Straight Shots
Last time these two met in GIT, Mp laid a thrashing on SS and beat them 5-0..This time?It could be a little more intresting. SS are in position to make a move into playoff contention, and with a win over Mp this week, they could deffinately count themselves in as contenders. Magic Pool has a newcomer in Jordy, that will prove very vauleable come playoff time, as he is as good as anyone in GIT when he's on,currently sitting @ 3-0 for his team. I think this one will have a intense vibe to it, but with Mp taking the nod overall.
4-1(Mp)

GIT Week 7

I havent slept in 3 days, so I'm finally gonna catch some Z's before the matches today since I'm finally off work.
This will be Scores only, unless l wake up earlier than planned and redo them with something decent.

Extreme Pool Competitors vs Brit Pool
3-2(Epc)

Freedom vs Money in the Bank
3-2(FR)

Utimate Outlaws vs Straight Shots
3-2(SS)

Sexy Poolerz vs Magic Pool
3-2(Sp)

Week 6

Brit Pool vs Sexy Poolerz

Sexy Poolerz are off to a good start in GIT, with thier only loss coming from a unfortunate incident versus Freedom. They look to keep thier dominace this week against a Brit Pool side that has yet to really impress me. They have the players to call, but they just arent getting it done like some of the top teams in GIT thus far. I think this should be an easy afternoon for Pete and company as they take an easy win over an under performing BP side.
4-1(SP)

Magic Pool vs Ultimate Outlaws

The "Outlaws" are highly underperforming in my opinion and will continue to do so against a good Magic Pool side that will take care of business as usual. Should be a relativly easy match for MP, so long as they dont take them too lightly and let it become close.
3-2(MP)

Straight Shots vs Freedom

Petey and company are sitting atop the standings this week, as GIT is starting to look very familiar(IPA) with Epc just behind them in win/loss. They took care of a good Magic Pool team last week and look to continue to do so this week when they face the team that EPC blanked this past week. Nigel is supposedly bringing his "E" team, leadoff by Marie but we will see if that truely happens....either way it should be another easy win for Freedom, with the only possible loss coming from Kevin on the SS side, who is a streaky shooter.
4-1(FR)

Money in the Bank vs Extreme Pool Competitors

MIB is like the US Economy lately, failing in every attempt it makes to get out of its struggles.
This week should be no different as EPC come in failing miserably in yesterdays match against a team not in GIT. I think l can speak well for jack and say he wasnt happy with the result and hopes to make a statement in this match, even though it's only MIB.
4-1(Epc)

Week 5 Predictions

Money in the Bank vs Brit Pool

Rich and company are a quiet and respectful league, with some new talent that he is hoping will pay divends. They are currently (0-4) in GIT thus far, but look to get thier first win of the season against a less than impressive Brit Pool side this far into the season. This should be a close, back and forth match but in the end I'll give the nod to BP in a close score.
3-2(BP)

Extreme Pool Competitors vs Straight Shots

Both of these teams are coming off a win from last week, from opposite ends of the standings. Epc managed to take out Magic Pool by a close score, closer than it could have been. SS is coming off a 4-1 defeat of our current bottomfeeder who just hasnt found all the right stuff in the same week to pull out thier first win. Nigel doesnt care about GIT,maybe..maybe not, but he is starting to bring some worthy opponets every week and it has shown through. They are capable of bringing an above par team, but even if they do l dont see it meaning anything against a strong Epc side. Dont see this being close, but l could be wrong as Epc has been a little relaxed in GIT play so far.
4-1(Epc)

Freedom vs Magic Pool

This match holds two of the top 3 current leagues in GIT against each other, another test for the MP side. Last week they fell short to Epc and now look to regain some momentum and try to knockoff a very good FR side. Freedom is coming off a close win to Sexy Poolers, one in which could have literally went either way. Ste..save your losing tapes brotha! :) I say FR will want to make sure they dont have such a close, deciding factor in this weeks match and try to establish an early lead..winning in the end in close fashion.
3-2(FR)

Ultimate Outlaws vs Sexy Poolerz

UO has really dropped the ball when it comes to GIT compared to thier other interlgs, and Sp is right on par. The SP side is coming off a unfortunate loss to Freedom, and look to show some sign of dominance here. SP takes this easy.
4-1(Sp)

Week 4 in GIT

Welcome to Week 4 in GIT. Week 3 left us with a rule change, reversal of a win and a finally a win for the Brit Pool side. Freedom was able to take out the "Ultimate Outlaws" in convincing form, while the top ranked Magic Pool vs Money in the Bank match was alot closer than anyone would have thought. Sexy Poolerz knocked off Extreme Pool Competitors to let everyone know they are here to win this season and arent afraid of anyone.
As for the New Rule Change, which has always been a petty thing in my eyes, but it involves your "hidden icons" and the idea that they HAVE to be unhidden. I have saw many tapes dq'd for this over the years and have always thought it to be a dumb move..After all, the Camtasia Rule is in effect to prove you are not an aimer..not prove you are 100% computer literate.
To my knowledge, UIC nor IPA have the "hidden icons" rule and now it shows clearly that Global Interleague Trophy doesnt either. Good Deal!
Now for this week matches.

Week 4 Predictions

Brit Pool Vs. Ultimate Outlaws

This should be a close match, with BP getting thier first win last week to SS, and UO coming off a stomping from FR. Rebs and company will look to make up for last week and try to take out BP, and l think that will.
3-2(UO)

Sexy Poolerz Vs Freedom

Freedom is coming off a 5-0 win against UO, a team that could cause upsets but are unstable week to week. Sexy Poolerz are coming off of a close gritty win against Epc and hope to knock off one of the better teams in GIT. While they will be close games, l think Freedom takes this in another close match this week.
3-2(FR)

Magic Pool vs Extreme Pool Competitors

This should be a very entertaining match and you could see some very pro shooting on both sides. Mp is coming off a close win against a less than impressive MIB, while Epc is hoping to make up for it's close loss to Ketan and company last week. The wildcards and player match ups should prove key here and l see Epc coming out on top, taking out the last of the unbeatens.
3-2(Epc)

Straight Shots vs Money in the Bank

Well MIB is coming in off a very surprising close loss to MP last week. Straight Shots are coming off a close match against Bp, and hope to make up for it this week against fellow bottomfeeder MIB. Nigel will bring a player or two worth mentioning and take this with ease, or bring nobodys and make it a close match, one they could very well lose.
3-2(SS)

GIT Week 3

Last weeks predictions were exactly what l said they would be,short and sweet, and this week l hope to make up for the shortcomings.
I would like to Welcome Sexy Poolers to GIT, as they were able to come away with a 3-2 Victory over MIB in thier first official week here. They are Captained by Pete(who l had the pleasure of playing in 8br) this week, and seem to have a semi-solid team with the likes of ketan and ste in tow.
As we enter Week 3, Magic Pool and Extreme Pool Competitors sit atop the standings with each winning thier first two matches respectively. Maybe the most shocking thing so far into the season is where Brit Pool sits, Dead Last. It's still early in the season, but they dont need to wait much longer to get it together if they intend on competing with the Top Teams this season.

Week 3 Predictions :

Straight Shots Vs Brit Pool

This should be a very intresting match, if you like decently skilled players going at it trying to prove themselves on cam. On the SS side, you have a team that cannot be predicted much this early into the season. They had a Week 1 time out win to the now expired EC and a Week 2 raping courtesy of Magic Pool. On the BP side you have a yet unproven team, waiting unpatiently for thier first win of the season. They lost a tough match Week 1 to Magic Pool, and followed that up with a 4-1 stomping from Freedom. I think its time they erase that goose egg, and chalk one up one the winners column.
3-2(Bp)

Money In the Bank Vs Magic Pool

Magic Pool is taking names and kicking ass to start off the season very well. They obviously didnt like thier preseason rankings and are out to prove they belong here and near the top is where they will stay. They are coming off a 5-0 win against SS, and dont look to slow down any at all this week. MIB's only player so far seems to be Dawn and she just isnt gonna be enough, even if this was carry format and it's not. Chris and crew take this one with ease. Scrub David makes the only loss :)
4-1(Mp)

Freedom Vs Ultimate Outlaws

With UO's recent dramatic withdrawl from WPC, comes a want within UO to prove themselves in thier remaining interleagues. I'm not certain, nor do l care what happened..It's another interleague, one of which has never been run in a decent manner by Jason ..so to UO, I say move on and prove yourselves elsewhere. They will not get a chance to do so this week however, because they unfortunately face the group from Freedom, who are yet to have a captain or co-captain listed. Maybe they are trying to keep options open, or maybe we have lazy page editors(j/k guys), but either way they come to play each week, and seem to be enjoying themselves underneath Epc & Mp in the standings.
3-2(Fr)

***Match of the Week***

Extreme Pool Competitors Vs Sexy Poolerz

Yes, this is the 2nd time EPC has had this honor, but with the new addition of SP into GIT, this should prove to be quite the match to watch. On the Epc side, you have faithful Jack, who does whatever he can to get his players in order and so far has been able to do so without much trouble. Epc has a select group of skill at thier disposal and look to bring thier best this week against a solid Sexy Poolerz side. Sp is captained by Pete and while he will try to match skills player for player, Epc has homefield advantage and will call thier players accordingly with a final outcome of another win.
3-2(Epc)

Good Luck Everyone!

GIT Week 2

Sorry for the Terrible Preds, had an eventful week, but the preds are as follows.

Brit Pool Vs. Freedom

Brit pool got smashed week1 by an underated mp..but they take this one.
3-2(Bp)

Ultimate Outlaws Vs. Extreme Pool Competitiors

EPC should show well here, take it easy.
4-1(epc)

Sexy Poolerz Vs. Money in the Bank

Sexy poolerz first week in GIT, replacing EC..l think they show well..Take it to even out there record @ 1-1 while mib goes down 0-2.
3-2(sp)

***Match of The Week***

Straight Shots Vs. Magic Pool

MP is coming off a great win vs BritPool, and look to smash ss today. SS comes off a ec time out(of course) and hope to knock off MP and show they are for real.
3-2(Mp)

Sorry so short, hopefully they were sweet.
Promise for better ones next week :)
Cheers and GoodLuck!

Global lnterleague Trophy *Season 1*

Welcome to Global Interleague Trophy!
The first season looks to be underway soon, and quite the Season One it will be.
I'd like to thank Chris and All of the Admins for giving thier time, and to Chris and Joe..Great work on the site guys, looks awesome.

Now to tell what Global Interleague Trophy is all about.
GIT is a 5v5 all Cam Interleague with a few "suprises". Like your normal 5v5 Interleague, the object is to capture at least 3 out of 5 games, and win the match. That is still the object in GIT, but to spice things up a bit, we have "Wildcards". In each match, the Home Team Captain , has the advantage of calling one or both of thier "wildcards". These are Bank the 8/Cue and Last Pocket. You can seperate them into two different games, or combine them to raise the Skill Level a little higher. They must however, be called before the game begins.
The "wildcards" and "camtasia" inclusion of GIT should prove to make things very fun, and very entertaining.

Now, for my Preseason Ranks and Round One Predictions.

Season One Ranks:
#1 - Brit Pool
#2 - Epc
#3 - Fr
#4 - SS
#5 - Ec
#6 - Mp
#7 - Ou
#8 - MIB

Round One Predictions:

Magic Pool Vs. Brit Pool

Mp has a somewhat depleted group from what they once were and Brit Pool seems to be picking up everyone here lately, and with that large pool of talent success should arise. Magic Pool will have Home Field Advantage, and hopefully can bring in the use of the "wildcards" to gain an edge of Brit Pool, but l dont see that happening. Brit Pool shows why they are ranked #1 by all predictors when they take this one with ease.
4-1 Brit Pool

Straight Shots Vs. Extreme Cues

From my knowledge SS cams all games in Interleague play for it's on purposes and that aspect shouldnt hurt them this season in GIT. They face a Extreme Cues squad that has been rebuilt with hopes of being very competitive and be competitive they might, too early to tell. They both have quality players on each side, but l see SS taking the win in a very close fashion.
3-2 SS

Money In the Bank Vs. Ultimate Outlaws

This should be an intresting match to watch, but being that there aren't any real pro's between the two leagues I'm not gonna give it a bother. Surprise me and get something better next week.
4-1 UO

**Match of the Week**

Extreme Pool Competittors Vs. Freedom

This is deffinately the match of the week. The Freedom side has some well known shooters that can perform well on cam and should do so all season long. EPC has been losing players from other Interleagues, but from speaking to Jack, and knowing some of the players he has picked up for GIT, l say they win a close, highly competitive match to start off the season well.
3-2 EPC
